Welcome to our ""House Near the Sands""!

We offer you a moment of calm and serenity in our family home in Brittany where you can recharge your batteries in our cozy interior with family or friends. Barbecue and outdoor games session!

A few minutes from typical Breton villages and the coast to enjoy the beach, walks in the dunes and sea trips.

Housing :

The accommodation is classified 4* for 10 people (possible 12 people with supplement)

On the ground floor:
- a very bright veranda serving as a living room with a wood stove for cool periods (wood provided) and giving access to a large garden.
- a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with large wooden table for meals with family or friends and a tablet for children and even cookbooks to inspire you!
- a lounge will allow you to get away from it all to read the books offered around a pellet stove (pellets provided). A comfortable sofa transforms into a comfortable bed for 2 adults (160*200).
- A PMR accessible bathroom is adjoining with a shower and a sink.
- Independent toilets.

On the 1st floor:
- 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160), a chest of drawers and an extra sink.
- 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160) and a chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2*80*190), a bunk bed (2*80*190) and a double bed (2*90*190) which can accommodate up to 6 people, a hip bathtub and a sink extra. A library with books and games for children.
- a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.

A laundry room is located outside the house with private and free washing machine, private and free dryer, ironing board and iron and a drying rack. This space can accommodate your bikes.

The exteriors consist of a very large garden and a living space for summer periods. There you will find a large table, parasols and a barbecue. An outdoor lounge area and deckchairs with games for young and old.A 2.4 m diameter tubular swimming pool suitable for children and very large private parking.

For people with reduced mobility, the house is accessible via the main entrance and the interior path is adapted.

Parties are not allowed.

An uncashed deposit check of €1,300 will be required.

The following equipment is included:

- Sheets and towels are provided, beds will be made upon your arrival
- Basic kitchen equipment (salt/pepper/oil/vinegar), a steam oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer, an induction hob
- A filter coffee machine, a Senseo, a kettle and something to help you out (coffee, filter, tea, herbal tea, coffee pods)
- Cleaning products, for dishes and tea towels
-Shower products (shower gel, shampoo) & hairdryer
- A high chair for babies and a travel cot (on request)
- Books &board games for children and adults, a television with internet box

We decorated our house with our memories, our returns from China, and above all with the desire that you feel at home.
